3M adhesive DP270 is epoxy based and it features an excellent electric insulation, it does not promote corrosion and it is suitable for incapsulating and potting. Product with double cartridge and 1:1 ratio. It features a time of workability of 70 minutes, it is not corrosive for copper and it complies with the UL94 HB flammability tests

Product description

Two-component hard epoxy adhesive DP270 . Its mixing ratio is 1:1 and it offers a time of workability of 70 minutes with handling time of about 3 hours. 3M 270 has low viscosity and it is easy to distribute and to use.It does not corrode copper, it is not exhothermic and it is very fluid.

3M epoxy adhesive offer high performances and a greater resistance to high temperatures, solvents and to external attmospheric agents. They adhere well to metals and wood, and some flexible epoxy adhesives also to plastics and foam. For a perfect adhesion, we recommend a specific prepartion of the substrates, for example cleaning and scuffing the surface as indicated in the technical sheet.
