3M DP105 is a quick and flexible exopy-based adhesive indicated for glass and made with double cartridge with 1:1 ratio.

This 3M product is very effective and features a particularly flexible formula that guarantees a strong and permanent bonding even in case of impact or vibration. Very resistant to shear and peeling. Once polymerized it became flexible and it is a good option to stick together different materials. Suitable for:

  • Fixing glass to metal in condition of significant change of the temperature;
  • Glass doors of ovens;
  • Fixing jewels;
  • Fixing several plastics;
  • General fixing applications in different fields

Product description

Processing time of 5 minutes, with handling time of about 20 minutes at normal temperature. This adhesive DP105 is a particularly flexible two-component epoxy adhesive that quickly fixes and results clear once polymerized for invisible bondings. This poduct is very versatile and excellent for many different applications. It can be used on several substrates, notably metals, pottery, glass, wood and many plastics. Its low viscosity makes it easy to distribute and self-levelling, it is also an effective method to create mouldings and to insulate.

It is characterized by a high shear resistance and excellent performance in case of peeling or bumps that, combined to the proper flexibility, make it suitable for several applications in the transport,special vehicles, electric, industrial, sports equipment, buliding and consumer goods field.  

Excellent also as anchorage of different substrates that has to be permanent and for applications that require next processing or applications that need invisible junction lines. 3M epoxy adhesives provide high performances and greater resistance to high temperatures, solvents and external atmospheric agents. They adhere well to metals and wood, and some flexible epoxy also to plastic and foam. For a perfect adhesion, we recommend a proper preparation of the substrate, for example cleaning and scuffing the surface as indicated in the technical sheet. This product is designed to contract and to expand in order to flex when the environmental conditions change.
