3M 97253 transfer adhesive tape is a high quality product with reinforced structure and cloth made by 3M. 97253 is a very appreciated product for the transfer adhesive in reinforced acrylic with cloth on HDPE liner. This product is suitable for many applications, such as:

  • fixing substrates that need reinforce by means of a comformable backing;
  • fixing foam substrates;
  • high and low surface energy substrates.

This transfer tape has a reinfroced backing in cloth with HDPE liner and permanent acrylic adhesive with good adhesion and fixing. Dimensions: 1030mm x 250m - 1530mm x 250m - 2030mm x 250m. Minimum order quantity in rolls: 6

Product description

97253 tape is an adhesive with backing reinforced with cloth designed for foam substrates, as PU and EPDM, as well as high and low surface energy substrates (HSE, LSE). This 3M product, thanks to cloth reinforce, gives dimensional stability during lamination and allows the adhesive to flow in the cloth in order to maximize the adheion on rough and open-cell surfaces. It offers a greater comformability to shaped surfaces than common double coated tapes.

3M 97253 transfer adhesive tape is suitabole for smooth or lightly rough surfaces. It assures dimesional stability during the lamination operations and for this reasons it can be used for different uses. Total thickness of the tape _ 0,09 mm
