The grain power realized with 3M precision provide a cool, extra sharp and fast cut for so much time after that other discs are exausted.

Differently from coated abrasive discs, that form or sand the items using the disc surface, the cut-off wheels create perpendicular cuts using the outer edge.

The abrasive cut-off wheels are usually being used to cut the metal, for example the car body or metal panels for the marine field, the stainless steel pipe, the exhaust pipes, the rusty terminals and locks.

The cut-off discs are connected to a tool (sold separately) and they must be always used with their protection.

The 3M Cubitron II product raised the high performance abrasive level. The grain realized with 3M precision (PSG) cuts better and lasts more than the conventional ceramic industrial abrasive and requires less grinding power to get higher performances.

The result is that the operators can grind more quickly an complete a higher mnumber of pieces per discs with less efort and fatigue.

To create the grain realized with precision, our designers have started with the 3M ceramic abrasive grain and they have used an owner technology to mould the grains in triangular structures and electrostatically oriented in the backing to form sharp peaks and maximize the potential cut.

These sharp peaks cut like a knife through butter , instead of create grooves and tears as the traditional abrasive and they continually selfsharpen with the points  breakdown in order to create a super speed cut and to minimize the heat due to the friction reducing the stress crakcs and heat discoloration

Moreover, the PSG wears out uniformally and, given that the abrasive stays cooler and more sharpened, 3M Cubitron II product lasts longer than the traditional competitors in ceramic, guaranteeing high performances for a long time  in the productive applications.
